Bluefin is and always has been a nightmare. terrible reporting, analytics, non-transparent pricing and further expenses and fees. square and stripe far easier with better analytics. charm continues to only partner with bluefin. I personally do not use charm/bluefin for scheduling or credit card processing as both system do not compare to standalone options. currently using www.snapappointments.com for scheduling which is far more robus that charm for scheduling and automatically creates an account with stripe. still have to create an account in charm then but have to go and send questionaires after the fact anyway so not that big of a step for all that added convenience for 2 way google sync, different appts set for different times/days, linking directly with stripe, and many other things that I am not yet remembering.
my advice from years with charm, do not hold your breath. they have many priorities. if something is of need, i recommend looking outside their product until they have time to devote to this. (unfortunately they even turned down me personally funding deveolopers time for such changes which would be highly valuable to me but also get the features out to all charm users). alas. still vastly ahead of the competition that I've seen (especially for the price).
(i am critical and demanding, but must the fact that I remain with Charm speaks absolute volumes and should be known how appreciative I am for the product that they've created as it continues to "work" which is more than many others can say)
