I am attempting to embed calendar on wix hosted website. I have entered the embed code as provided in settings>>calendar>>web embed.
The error code received reads:
"
You are not authorized to access this page Hosting website not configured properly. Please add "4952953a-da5e-40d1-b41b-ef3b61bc91e1.htmlcomponentservice.com" under Hosting Websites list in this web embed"
After adding "4952953a-da5e-40d1-b41b-ef3b61bc91e1.htmlcomponentservice.com" I get a "404 Not Found" message.
Not sure if the difficulty is me, wix or code provided by charm. I previously had the calendar functioning on the website (quite awhile back - so I don't remember what I did differently).
Any recommendations? Thanks!

Dear Erica,
Under "Settings > PHR Settings > Preferences > Messages / Documents" section, you will be able to set the "Number of messages allowed between visits" from patient and "Number of characters allowed in a patient message". Please check.

Hi Erica,
Transmit button will be displayed only if you have either Electronic fax or Direct Message services enabled for your ChARM account. If required you can opt for these services from the Add-Ons section.

Has anyone had any luck making/using custom HTML templates or hiring it out?
I'm going to try and tackle this soon by changing Charm's templates to match our website and MailChimp email marketing themes.
The default notifications are too wide for mobile mail and the right side gets cut off on my iPhone.
I'll update everyone if I get this to work. Please chime in if you have already done this.

Documents can be renamed from the patient Dashboard. Click the document and in the preview mode, click the document
name. This will allow you to rename it. Refer the attached
screenshot. Update the name and click Enter/Return key.
Option to re-date the document is not available. We have added this requirement to our features list.

You can send questionnaires to patient PHR account from "Messages" section as well. Here, click down arrow associated with the "Compose" button and choose "Questionnaire" option. Refer the attached screenshot for more details.

Configuring custom email templates is not possible. Instead you can just edit the existing email templates.
Note: Notification email templates are common for entire practice
In ChARM, there are preconfigured 'Email Templates' available for different actions say Appointment Confirmation, Questionnaire Sharing, PHR invitation and so on. These templates are associated with the respective configurations at the back end and are used to send email notifications to patients.

The default superbill is great, but in most cases it doesn;t have the patient's phone number - this should be corrected because phone numbers are mandatory.
You can use "
${Patient.Home Phone}" and "
${Patient.Work Phone}" placeholders to pull their contact number information from their record to the superbill template.
also: do you have a more comprehensive list of placeholder strings that I could use? Especially in regard to account or encounter. thank you!
While creating the template, you can get necessary placeholder information by selecting required options in "Group" and "Field".

Dear Darius,
You can use the place-holder "${Invoice.Sub Total and Due Details}" in the 'Superbill' template to get the details of payment collected. Details such as 'Payment Date', Payment From (i.e Patient or Insurance) and 'Payment Method' will be shown as part of this place-holder. Also, this place-holder is already available in 'Superbill' HTML template.
Following are the steps:
- Navigate to 'Settings > Templates > Practice Templates' section and select 'Template Type' as 'Superbill'
- Click 3 dots icon of the template 'Superbill' and select 'Duplicate' option
- Now, a duplicate template with the name 'Superbill_copy' will be created
- Click 3 dots icon of the template 'Superbill_copy' and choose 'Edit' option
- Specify required name in 'Template Name' field which you can refer later
- Select required values in 'Group' & 'Field' select-boxes to get the place-holder. Refer the screenshot for more details.

- Paste the placeholders in the editor area and click 'Update' button

Hello,
Generally practices give Invoice/Superbill PDFs to patients which contains all the details including Products purchased and the payment made.
Receipts summary contains only the payment details.

You can get the list of your patients alone by navigating to "Analytics > Patients by Provider" Section. Here, Select "
Provider Type" followed by your name and click "Generate" button. This report can also be exported as CSV.

For now, choosing the provider is mandatory while booking an appointment. We do have plans to implement support for the feature where in patients will be able to book appoint without having to select the provider. However, it would take sometime for implementing this feature.

From our logs we see that there are some additional scripts included in your web page to resize the default web embed scheduler iFrame provided by us. This is the reason for the web embed scheduler to not display properly.
Please contact your web page developer in order to correct this. Once the scripts are handled, web embed scheduler will be displayed properly.
In case of further problem, please email us the direct URL of the scheduler page for our further analysis.

A new problem is happening. Patients are letting me know that they've uploaded Documents or Labs to those tabs in their portal, but those documents are not visible on my end. I have never had a problem with this in the past, but in the past few weeks it is happening with pretty much every patient. Did something get changed on the back end such that patients have to manually "Share" the documents that they upload?

We have plans to provide an option so that when ever patient makes a payment to an invoice sent to PHR, the card used for the transaction can be stored on file based on the practice configuration. We also have plans to do similar implementation for eCommerce as well. It will be done by end of Q4.
