Sadly, it is simply a poorly created "web embed" implementation and will require going back and forth between wix and charm but eventually it does work (but even then will still be poorly mobile responsive). Most platforms create a defined scheduling landing page that you would simply link a button on your website to and would then be far easier and responsive but not the case for Charm despite much feedback.
from your screen shot, I am not seeing that you added the url that the error message provided to your "hosting websites" area.
to do this, edit your existing web embed in charm by clicking the "..." next to it.
then enter the link that the error message provided beneath your existing clinic url and save.
then take this regenerated code and copy that into your wix html box and refresh. it may likely give you another error message with a new url to add. repeat this step as many times as needed and it will generally work in time.
a pain for sure and far more complicated than simply linking a charm generated scheduling landing page such as:

Has anyone had any luck making/using custom HTML templates or hiring it out?
I'm going to try and tackle this soon by changing Charm's templates to match our website and MailChimp email marketing themes.
The default notifications are too wide for mobile mail and the right side gets cut off on my iPhone.
I'll update everyone if I get this to work. Please chime in if you have already done this.

Documents can be renamed from the patient Dashboard. Click the document and in the preview mode, click the document
name. This will allow you to rename it. Refer the attached
screenshot. Update the name and click Enter/Return key.
Option to re-date the document is not available. We have added this requirement to our features list.

Configuring custom email templates is not possible. Instead you can just edit the existing email templates.
Note: Notification email templates are common for entire practice
In ChARM, there are preconfigured 'Email Templates' available for different actions say Appointment Confirmation, Questionnaire Sharing, PHR invitation and so on. These templates are associated with the respective configurations at the back end and are used to send email notifications to patients.

For now, choosing the provider is mandatory while booking an appointment. We do have plans to implement support for the feature where in patients will be able to book appoint without having to select the provider. However, it would take sometime for implementing this feature.

From our logs we see that there are some additional scripts included in your web page to resize the default web embed scheduler iFrame provided by us. This is the reason for the web embed scheduler to not display properly.
Please contact your web page developer in order to correct this. Once the scripts are handled, web embed scheduler will be displayed properly.
In case of further problem, please email us the direct URL of the scheduler page for our further analysis.

I do not want patients to get a notification when I sign an encounter. How do I stop them from receiving a visit summary email?

There's a lot of options in terms of encounter notes, "comprehensive" "Brief" etc.
But depending on the roles of the members, not everyone needs to have access to the "labs" "vaccines" "supplements" "RX" or "Injections" as they're writing in an encounter note. I know they don't populate in the documentation if there's nothing written on them as someone is using an encounter chart, but is there a way to remove those "labs" "Vaccines" etc tabs to begin with in certain encounter notes' templates?

In the patient audit trails, you will have the option to download
the saved chart data. This will give a text file with the chart
note content. You can create a new chart for the required date and manually paste this file
content to it.
But data from few sections such as Prescription and Supplements will not be available.

Calendar is displayed based on the available slots. From our access logs we see that only these two slots were available in the week. All the other slots for the week were already blocked. Please cross-check with the EHR calendar and in case you see any discrepancy send us a screenshot of the same using our secure URL. In case you do not have the secure URL details, email us at support.

Hello,
I’m new to your TeleHealth Appointments. How do I collect an image capture of the insurance card to upload to the chart prior to the first appointment, especially if the first appointment for a new patient is via Telehealth?
The same question goes for signing a consent to treat?

You can embed your scheduler in multiple websites. Ensure that all those website URLs are added to the Hosting Websites list in ChARM under 'Settings > Calendar > Web Embed' section.

I assume you are referring to marking the fields as mandatory in the templates so that they will in turn be mandatory while using in chart note.
For now there is no option to mark the fields as mandatory in templates. We have added this requirement to our features list.
